Chief Executive Officer
Simon Wright joined Multicap as CEO in June 2024, bringing over 25 years of experience in the disability sector. Starting his career as an Occupational Therapist, Simon has held senior leadership roles in prominent disability service organisations and completed an MBA to strengthen his strategic capabilities. He leads Multicap with a strong focus on delivering person-centred services and driving innovation across the sector. Simon is deeply committed to ensuring people with disability have access to opportunities that enhance independence and quality of life. His leadership is grounded in collaboration, advocacy, and building inclusive communities, while fostering high-performing teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

General Manager Sector Engagement
Grant Robinson joined Multicap in July 2025 as General Manager, Sector Engagement, bringing more than 15 years of experience in community development, child safety, education, and vocational training. He has led strategic initiatives in childcare and community programs and previously held senior roles in a registered training organisation. Grant is dedicated to building partnerships that amplify the voice of people with disability, working closely with stakeholders to influence policy and create pathways for inclusion. His approach prioritises advocacy and collaboration, ensuring Multicap remains a leader in shaping a responsive and sustainable disability sector.

General Manager Support Services North
Tony Vidler has been with Multicap since 2019 and currently leads Support Services North. With over 30 years in the disability sector, Tony previously held senior roles at Endeavour Foundation, managing large service networks and budgets. He is recognised for authentic leadership and was awarded Multicap’s inaugural Leadership Award for his commitment to team development and quality service delivery. Tony focuses on delivering high-quality, localised support that meets the unique needs of customers. His leadership is driven by a commitment to dignity, respect, and choice for people with disability, and he actively fosters strong community connections to ensure services are accessible and meaningful.

General Manager Victoria
Peta Fensham-Cobb joined Multicap in 2023 to establish and grow services in Victoria. She brings extensive experience in disability and aged care operations, having held executive roles at ONCALL Group and Melbourne City Mission. Skilled in strategy, growth, and NDIS transition planning, Peta leads the expansion of services with a customer-first mindset. She is passionate about creating inclusive environments where people with disability can thrive and works to ensure every program reflects Multicap’s values of respect, empowerment, and opportunity.

General Manager Creative Arts
Fiona Haynes has been a creative force at Multicap for over 25 years, leading Monte Lupo Arts and overseeing Creative Arts initiatives. Starting as a potter, Fiona grew Monte Lupo into a nationally recognised studio that not only provides creative opportunities for artists with disability but also operates a vibrant café employing supported Hospitality and Retail team members. She is passionate about using art as a platform for inclusion, breaking barriers, and showcasing diversity. Fiona’s leadership ensures programs empower artists, foster confidence, and celebrate creativity as a vital part of community life.

General Manager Service Delivery
Amanda is a passionate, self-driven, and adaptable professional with extensive experience in the Community Service sector.
With a strong commitment to psychosocial disability, Amanda excels in leading teams to support clients in achieving their best lives. Known for her dedication and leadership, Amanda has successfully managed diverse teams, always striving to make a positive impact in the community.
