Multicap is committed to diversity and inclusion, and acknowledges the contributions of those with a lived experience of disability and mental illness. 

Our Diversity, Inclusion and Lived Experience Statement - March 2023

The Multicap Group acknowledges the individual and collective contributions of those with a lived and living experience of disability, ageing, mental ill-health and suicide. We also acknowledge those who love, have loved, support and care for them. Each person’s journey is unique and a valued contribution to our commitment to systems reform and suicide prevention.

All Multicap Group entities strive to create supportive, enabling and culturally appropriate cultures that recognise the diversity of each person’s contribution, and provide opportunities for leadership, career development, flexible work, and equal and active participation in the community.

All Multicap Group entities are committed to diverse ways of thinking and working, and to continual improvement of services and support from access to a broader range of ideas and insights drawn from a diverse range of backgrounds and perspectives.

The Multicap Group Directors and Executive Leadership Team contribute their own personal and family lived experience, including experience of disability, ageing, mental ill health, LGBTIQA+ and suicide, to assist all Multicap Group entities achieve service excellence.
