Gail Black
BA, LLB (Hons), GAICD
Gail joined the Multicap Board in June 2023 and has extensive legal experience in the property and government sectors. She is also on the Board of Economic Development Queensland and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Queensland Futures Institute. Gail is a former partner at the law firm Gadens and brings over 25 years’ experience in delivering exceptional results in the property sector. She is an advocate of diversity and fairness.

Chris Perkins
BBus, MBA, FCPA, GAICD | Chair Finance and Audit Committee
Chris has been a member of the Multicap Board since 2012. He has extensive experience in business and operates his own Business Advisory company. Previously, he has held senior executive positions in the utilities, health, property and childcare sectors. His professional qualifications include Fellow of Certified Practicing Accountants and he is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Michael Dobbie-Bridges PLY
Michael joined the Multicap Board in February 2025. Michael is a Director at Create Advisory, an expert advisory consultancy of bespoke infrastructure, major projects and precincts.
Michael is a highly accomplished strategic advisor with expertise in policy development, disability advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. With a career spanning government, private enterprise, and the non-profit sector, he has consistently championed inclusive policies that enhance accessibility, equity, and opportunity for people with disabilities.
Michael brings a wealth of experience and a collaborative spirit to every initiative and his strategic vision and advocacy continue to shape a more inclusive future for all.

Damian Bell
Damian Bell is the Group CEO of Vertaview Group, leading a portfolio of purpose‑driven organisations to deliver improved quality of life and strengthened community outcomes.
With more than 20 years of global leadership experience and a background spanning services, infrastructure, finance and law, he is recognised for driving strategic growth, organisational transformation and high‑performing teams. Damian’s values‑led approach and long‑standing commitment to social impact continue to guide Vertaview’s mission to amplify enduring positive change.

Alexandra Stott
Alexandra joined the Vertaview Group in November 2025, bringing extensive legal experience across private practice and in-house roles. Her career has a diverse background spanning various sectors and areas of law, including human rights, financial services, governance, commercial, property, and complex litigation.
Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce, and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
