Why choose our services in Emerald?
Our Community Access Support services are designed to help people with disabilities engage fully in the Emerald community. Understanding that each person has unique interests and goals, we tailor our support to help you explore activities that resonate with you. Whether it's joining social groups, participating in local events, or pursuing hobbies, we aim to overcome barriers, foster connections with friends and family, and introduce you to new opportunities.
Our In Home Support services offer personalised assistance to help you live as independently as possible, in the comfort of your own home. We work closely with you to design a support plan that meets your needs and complements both your formal and informal supports. Whether regular or occasional, our services are flexible and built around your lifestyle, providing the right resources to help you achieve your goals and build your independence.
We are committed to ensuring that you have the freedom to live your life on your terms, supported by the right people at every step of your journey.

Meet Our Team
Recognising the value of professional development, our Emerald team has recently taken their learning and growth to a new level.
Led by our dedicated Service Manager, Chloe, the team recently took the initiative to pursue a Certificate III in Individual Support. With six support workers actively seeking training opportunities, the team balanced work and studies with Chloe's unwavering support and guidance.
For a regional service, having a highly skilled team is invaluable, fostering peer-to-peer support, leadership, and an even higher quality of service.
The team's commitment has already led to improvements in areas like incident reporting, human rights, and customer choice.
The new skills are helping make a meaningful impact on the lives of the people we support.
