Multicap announces new Chief Executive Officer of disability services

Multicap Group CEO, Joanne Jessop has announced the appointment of Andrew Hanson, to the newly created position of Multicap services and operations Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to support the growing organisation’s structure.

 

 

Andrew has more than 30 years of leadership experience in health, medical and disability sectors. He brings a wealth of experience to the organisation as an outcome focused leader driving successful organisational initiatives, building high performing teams, and delivering operational improvements.

 

 

Andrew joins Multicap from Scope, a disability service provider based in Victoria and New South Wales where as Chief Operating Officer, he successfully consolidated four geographically dispersed groups developing a culture of consistency and excellence.

 

 

 

Multicap Group CEO, Joanne Jessop said the organisation has experienced significant growth which requires focussed expertise to deliver service excellence.

 

“Multicap Group is now made up of four entities including Multicap, Open Minds (mental health), Allinto (Support Coordination) and Arbourwell (accommodation) and we are looking forward to Andrew commencing to oversee Multicap services and operations,” Joanne said.

 

“Andrew is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience leading high performing teams. I’m confident he will continue to deliver our quality disability services and create even more opportunities for our 2000 customers throughout Queensland, northern New South Wales and Melbourne.

 

“I look forward to welcoming Andrew and working closely with him when he joins the team in April,” she said.
