Vertaview Group CEO Joanne Jessop has announced the appointment of Peter Wall to the position of Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to support the Group’s four service entities – Allinto, Arbourwell, Multicap and Open Minds.
Peter is a result–driven finance professional with experience across various sectors both in Australia and internationally.
He has a proven track record for providing effective operational strategies and improving business performance.
Peter joined the Vertaview Group in December 2023 from G8 Education, a listed childcare operator that owns more than 400 centres nationally and provides services to more than 40,000 families annually.
As Financial Controller at G8 Education, he ensured financial stability during the pandemic period and successfully implemented several new finance systems.
Group CEO Joanne Jessop said Peter’s wealth of experience and insights are valued by the growing group of entities.
“Peter’s timely appointment before Christmas allowed him to become familiar with the business and prepare our financial priorities for 2024.
“The annual turnover of Vertaview Group has grown to $170M and requires focussed expertise to advance our strategic growth initiatives,” said Joanne.
